A Mandala & Vinyasa 20 h Course  -  SEPT 9, 10, 11 + 16, 17, 18

A course in which we finally get to apply both technique and creativity, this is an opportunity to practice abundantly, with breaks, of course, more importantly to flow, almost hypnotically.  We build the mandalas, starting with several breaths per posture and eventually, we get down to one breath, one pose and turn the music beats on. 

The flow classes will be  accompanied by workshops on backbends, hip openers, arm balances and a combo of all these.

A Hands On Adjustments Course (15 hours) - 14, 15, 16 OCT

Suited for both teachers and students. During this 1 weekend course you will be given a basic set of ”cheat codes” for opening and deepening a number of poses which come in handy in either your personal practice or when working with your regular students. We demystify the mechanics of poses such as Paschimottanasana, Marichyasana, Upavistha Konasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana and many more in an effort to make you more comfortable with either giving or receiving this kind of hands on adjustments.

Five hours of this course will consist of applying the newly learnt skills in real life classes.

A Yin & Yang Flexibility 30 h Course - 18, 19, 20 + 25, 26, 27 NOV. 2022

The classes and workshops will consist of: Anatomy, Vinyasa Deep Stretch Classes, Yin Classes, Hip-openers and Backbends Workshops, Meditation, Atelier Asana Analysis of Yin poses and what they look like on different bodies, Atelier Asana Analysis of dynamic poses and their mechanics with Alex and Adriana.
