Our mission is to support your work and your progress.
Whether you’re striving to achieve that elusive handstand, a deeper backbend or drop back into your Urdhva Dhanurasana, workshops are essential for your diving into the nitty-gritty of the challenging aspects of the pose.
Workshops feed one’s personal practice as well a consistent practice makes them more productive and easier to follow.
We also have workshops for beginners as a way of initiating them into the practice and clarifying what could seem bizarre or unattainable in a mainstream class.
